Tranfer of Title and Registration of   Real Estate property

To facilitate and inform buyers and sellers about the basic  documents requested in the  property registration process  .These requirements may be changed or modified  by authorities at any time without previous notice .
It is necessary to verify same at the time of execution and completion of the process  .

1 - Title  - proof of ownership

2 -  Purchase and Sale Agreement

3 - Lien  Agreements  or contracts  (if there is a  lien at the property)    

4 - Release of property   from any lien

5 - Exchange Contract and  Release Acknowledgement

6 - Release of  any conflict of interest  claims

7 - Copy of  Lease Contract  ( if there is a lease on the property )

8 - Certificate of Real Property  Information (data List)

9 - Personal ID  and / or  Passport
